DSTG’s program NAVIGATE has opened the call for external partner rotation bids to provide mid-career DSTG STEM professionals with a secondment opportunity within your organisation. Submissions close CoB Tuesday 26 March 2024.
What is the NAVIGATE program?
39 DSTG NAVIGATE 2.0 participants (15 of which are current DSTG STEM professionals; the others are new to defence) will undertake two 6-month rotations.
The 15 DSTG STEM professionals’ first rotation will take place from 6 May to 8 November 2024 and will be with one of DSTG’s industry, academia, or publicly funded research agency partners.
The two 6-month rotations aim to:
- Provide existing Defence employees with the opportunity to broaden their exposure and gain experience working in our industry or research partner organisations.
- Provide our industry partners with a suitably capable DSTG STEM professional to contribute knowledge and expertise to your high-priority body of work.
