Expression Of Interest (EOI)

The Queensland Defence Science Alliance (QDSA) promotes connections across Australia’s defence innovation, science, and technology ecosystem.

We are seeking expressions of interest from researchers, universities, and defence industry organisations to exhibit at the QDSA 2026 Defence Innovation Showcase, to be held in Brisbane on 12 November 2026. The showcase provides an opportunity to present your expertise, research, technology, or capability to Defence innovation stakeholders from the three services, the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG), and the Advanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator (ASCA).

Exhibiting at the QDSA Showcase increases the visibility of emerging research and innovative capabilities, helping Defence stakeholders gain awareness of developments that may support current or future capability challenges. The event also provides opportunities to engage with Defence, venture capital representatives, and industry partners who may be interested in further exploration or collaboration.

There is no cost to participate. Exhibitors will be selected from the pool of expressions of interest received.

A trestle table will be supplied to display items within the exhibitor area of event. Please list all other requirements for demonstrating and managing the display. E.g., power, internet, AV required, loading dock/service elevator access required.
List any additional parties e.g. project team partners you wish to attend to support your exhibition and/or presentation.
PRESENTATION(Required)
I would like to provide a short presentation (max 10min) at the event about my research/innovation.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT(Required)
I confirm I can attend the QDSA 2026 Defence Innovation Showcase on Thursday 12 November 2026 between 10am – 2pm and will make myself available for pre-event briefings or coaching sessions prior on either 29 October or 5 November 2026.
